That’s exactly what I help my clients do. My name is Bonnie R. Giller and for over 30 years I’ve been helping women (and some men) break the spell of diets and regain WholeBody Trust™. As a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor, I am passionate about helping you shift out of a diet mentality and learn to be guided by your inner hunger and fullness signals and reacquaint yourself with your inner body wisdom.

You will begin to understand how you got to where you are today in chasing diet after diet and why this hasn’t worked for you. This often goes back to childhood, negative messages you’ve received and pressure to look a certain way. You will learn to recognize your diet mentality in all forms and identify the limiting beliefs you hold around your body, your food, and your self-worth that are causing you to self-sabotage. Only then will you be able to reframe those beliefs into “true beliefs” and break through the blocks holding you a prisoner to diets and body shame.
Having hunger trust allows you to know the difference between physical hunger and emotional hunger and how to respond to each with full trust.
Learning how to tune into your inner body wisdom is truly respecting and honoring your body. You will learn how to tune into your thoughts, feelings and body so you can hear your inner signals and let them guide you in your eating. You will differentiate between physiological hunger and emotional hunger and know when to respond with food (true physical hunger), and when you need to respond with acts of self-care and self-love (emotional hunger). This is the key to being free from the pain of dieting and emotional eating and allowing you to eat without guilt.
Having food trust allows you to know that the nutrition decisions you are making for yourself are unique for your body and are right for you so you can live a healthy and beautiful life.
You will learn to fuel your body with foods that honor your health and nourish your body to be strong. You will also learn to move in a way that feels right for you. Both nutrition and body movement are key to taking the best care of your body that you can.
To have food trust, you will learn to cultivate body respect using your ally voices to guide your decisions. These powerful ally voices will help you look at situations from a place of curiosity versus judgement, using kindness and compassion.
