I offer personalized private coaching packages in intuitive eating. Whether you are ready to get off the diet roller coaster, overcome emotional eating or stop stress eating, we will work together in a step-by-step fashion to help you create a healthy relationship with food, mind and body.

What is the true answer to making peace with food and your body?

You realize that diets don’t seem to work. Yet, you continue to go on diet after diet and still struggle with your weight. There’s a lot of inaccurate information and misconceptions that keep you jumping around from one diet to the next, wasting your time and energy and keeping you from living a happy and fulfilling life.

No form of dieting is going to work for losing weight and keeping it off. The key to getting the healthy body you love without dieting is learning how to combine three essential ingredients – a healthy mindset, caring support and nutrition education.

A Healthy Mindset

A healthy non-diet mindset gives you unconditional permission to eat when you are hungry what foods you desire without the worry of overeating.

We will work on your mindset shift together so you can reject your diet mentality which will set the foundation for the breakthroughs that are yet to come. You will learn how to distinguish between physical and emotional hunger, and learn to recognize and respond to your inner body signals which may be disguised by emotional factors and years of dieting and food myths. You will utilize mindful eating techniques on your journey towards intuitive eating, ultimately achieving great pleasure and satisfaction in your meals.

Caring Support

Support comes from both within yourself and from those around you.

You will learn to become a priority in your life in order to make peace with food so you can learn to trust your body to know when, what and how much to eat.

I will support you as you step up to the plate and engage in self-care, saying no to extra responsibilities and saying yes to yourself. We will also build a social support network with key players who can fill vital roles to enhance your success.

Nutrition Education

As a dieter, you’ve listened to what others have told you to eat in order to achieve your weight and health goals. And, this has only led you to jumping back and forth from diet to diet, and eating foods that you think you “should” eat but don’t really love.

I will support you through sound and accurate nutrition education to take charge of your nutrition decisions to support a healthy life.

When you take charge of your food choices with the proper nutrition guidance, you are the one that makes the decisions of what to eat and you will find that you will be choosing lighter, healthier foods not because you think you should, but because you feel good doing so.

Does this sound too good to be true?

You’ve been on so many diets that all promised miracles, why should this work? The reason my approach works is because I am not promising miracles. My approach gets down to the core of WHY you gained weight in the first place.

Diets do not help you identify THE problem. Diets have you think the food itself is the problem and that a certain combination of foods or avoidance of food types is the solution for you. You therefore try again and again to temporarily alter what foods you eat based on whatever trend promises to be most effective.

You still don’t understand that WHY you do what you do and choose what you choose is THE problem.

It’s not about the FOOD. It’s about your BEHAVIORS and the REASONS you are eating. And together, we will figure that out!

I coach clients near and far. We meet in my office (Long Island, N.Y.), via phone or Skype. I can work with you wherever you are. We start with a Getting to Know You process to discover important facts about you that will help you in the coaching process, along with habits, activities, thoughts, or beliefs that you might need to eliminate, simplify, or let go of in order to move forward. We clarify the action steps we will take to help you achieve your goals.

There are different program options for us to work together on this journey, each with private coaching sessions and group support in a private online exclusive community. We will figure out what is the best fit for you.
