There had to be another way. A way that didn’t include deprivation and counting calories.
It was around that time that I learned about intuitive eating and had an “aha” moment.”
THIS was a way for my clients to break free of the “diet mindset” once and for all. The “diet mindset” is the idea that “I can have this, I can’t have that” that frankly, sets you up for failure.
